Done below work due to the Restoration Repair work of SIR ISMAIL BUILDING,ZARA,MUMBAI, Ismail Buildings (1906).Hornby Road, Fort (presently Zara Department Store, Dadabhai Naoroji {D.N.} Road).This was completely restored Building and place over a decade which involved structural repairs, Pointing, Painting and stregthening, restoring wooden work and common areas.Comprehensive Exterior repairs,structural repairs and refurbishing.

Renovation of Ismail Building.In 2015 some portion of building collapsed which required immediate attention. The new look of the building has become a attraction point. The visitors can’t ignore its grandeurwhen the whole building is lit up during dark.The decorative timber ceiling arches,the elegant wood work,the columns,The intricatedecorative carvings in the timber ceiling the joinery technique, the narrow stairs built into click masonry walls, the tall windows with railing in the lower part anddecorative arches of the space.5-storey heritage structure in Mumbai is meticulously restored, restore Ismail Building’s facade and modernise the interiors. Take a look at how ‘So yesterday’ blends with ‘So right now’.
